At the end of 2020, the industrial holding Rotek completed the modernization of one of the power units of Ulaanbaatar TPP-4, the main energy facility in the capital of Mongolia, which accounts for more than half of the power generation in Ulaanbaatar.
For reference: In the spring of 2020, the company supplied TENE conductors to Mongolia for the reconstruction of turbine units No. 2 and 3 of Ulaanbaatar TPP-4. Despite the restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our technical specialists provided technical support at all stages of the project. The measures taken, despite the non-working days from March 25 to May 8, 2020 (decrees of the President of the Russian Federation No. 206 dated 25.03.2020, No. 239 dated 02.04.2020 and No. 294 dated 28.04.2020), allowed to supply the conductors to the capital of Mongolia without violations and in compliance with the contractual deadlines.
