Busbars with air insulation are electrodynamically stable, the magnetic field is compensated due to the connection of the casings with jumpers and the grounding of the sections of the route. Detachable connections of aluminum cylindrical tires with flat copper terminals are carried out using transition contacts that have a high degree of reliability. A compensator is installed on the shield casings and busbars of the current lines to compensate for changes caused by temperature differences. Insulators are made resistant to frost and dew. If necessary, the attachment points allow for quick replacement of the insulators without disassembling the screen. In the cavity of the screens, sparking is excluded, because between the upper insulators and the tires, rod spring contacts are installed (with vertical laying – on each insulator).
Air-insulated busbars are protected from dust. The design provides for measures to remove hydrogen from the cavity of the screens in case of leaks. The mounting of the casings to the cross beams is insulated and detachable-this eliminates the possibility of current circulation. You can measure the resistance in the support nodes of the current line without disassembling the nodes. The beams of the blocks are welded to the building structures.
